Right of withdrawal for digital content

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

Inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to revoke this contract. You may use the sample revocation form listed below, which is not mandatory.

To maintain the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification about exercising the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has reached us, refund all payments we have received from you.

We will use the same payment method for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

Early termination of the right of withdrawal for digital content

In the case of a contract for the provision of digital content that is not stored on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun to perform the contract after you have:

– expressly agreed that we would begin fulfilling the contract before the expiry of the cancellation period,
– have confirmed that by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal starting with the beginning of the performance of the contract, and
– we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract in accordance with the legal requirements.

This applies in particular to the electronic provision or transmission of personalized documents, emblems, certificates, documents, graphics, PDF files, and similar digital content created individually for you.

No right of withdrawal for personalized printed products

There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and the manufacture of which is subject to individual selection or determination by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

This applies in particular to custom-made or personalized documents, seals, certificates, print materials and comparable personalized products ordered by customers.

Therefore, there is no right of withdrawal for such individually customized printed versions.
